In 2024, Mikisew Group purchased an office building on Whyte Ave in Edmonton. The building is now undergoing renovations to prepare the space for leasing. It will offer modern office space for local business while generating long-term revenue streams to support the economic growth of the Nation. The building also serves as home to several Mikisew Cree First Nation department offices and is envisioned to become a satellite campus for Theresa Tuccaro Secondary School in the future.
