PEER Nomination: Awarded monthly and quarterly, this recognition is for employees or work groups that exemplify Mikisew’s core values. All Mikisew Group employees are eligible for nomination.

SPOT Recognition: This provides immediate and specific recognition for employees who demonstrate positive work or safety behaviours. These employee have already been recognized, please complete the form for our records.
